Hey, the world is getting busier & crazier every day and that just raises the odds of us coming across something or somebody that is going to drag you down into the abyss. So, the goal of this page is to update you on anything that I have come in contact with recently that you should not get involved with and obviously to entertain you as well.  ENJOY & BEWARE!

Cigarettes:   These guys have got to be kidding me. Big tobacco sells you something that is proven to kill you and the price is getting out of control. Our government will never stop it because they tax the piss out of it and make more money than the cigarette companies do. Then, they make believe that they are trying to help us by giving us all kinds of bullshit stop smoking campaigns, gum & patches when they know it is not a physical addiction it is a mental habit type addiction. Put the patch over your mouth, that's the only way it's going to work. I know a guy who tried the gum, he said it was hard to light!

High Fructose Corn Syrup:   This is the basic building block of bad eating. If you eliminate this one item from your diet you will see a dramatic change in the way you look and feel. Plus you will notice an amazing change in your eating habits in general because your cravings will change making the change in your look even more dramatic over time. Look at your labels and avoid this stuff like the plague. Big food companies load us up with this crap and the FDA does nothing about it because there is huge money at stake. Look for other artificially sugared items too all with a different name but all with the same bad result. Sucrose, Dextrose, etc. etc. etc.

Michael Jackson: Not the entertainer, not his song, not even the man and what he turned himself into. However the situation and the events leading up to and then the death of this guy is tragic and that is why he is on my list and number three right after two of the biggest baddest things you can do to your body that is not illegal. Here is probably the most famous guy on the planet, at least entertainer wise, meanwhile he is broke. How that happened I will not go into here because it will take too long. He did have a value though in his fame and the comeback tour I am sure would have been a big score for all who were involved. Now that he is dead though the tour will have to be done with out him, thank GOD for technology and the digital age. I don't feel BAD for all the others who were involved with the MJ comeback. They were all much better business men than the king of pop not spending their money on building their own personal "DisneyLand's" so I am sure they were well insured in-case of an untimely death preventing the cash cow to perform all of the shows. Not to mention the fact that all of a sudden there seems to be a huge Beatles resurgence lately. All new albums coming out September 9. I wonder who owns that catalog now?
